   By accessing and using our website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website. Continued use of the website indicates your ongoing acceptance of these terms.
   
   

2. User Obligations
   You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the website in a way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

   • Engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the website or the servers and networks connected to the website.
   • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the website or any other systems or networks connected to the website.
     
     

3. Reservations and Payments
   All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Luxury Apartment PS. Once a reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with payment instructions. Payment terms include:

   • A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
   • Full payment must be made before check-in, according to the terms provided at the time of booking.
   • We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and bank transfers.
     
     

4. Cancellation Policy
   Cancellations must be made according to the specific terms provided at the time of booking. Failure to comply with these terms may result in charges. Specific cancellation terms include:

   • Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in may be eligible for a full refund.
   • Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before check-in may incur a 50% charge.
   • Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in may incur a 100% charge.
   • Special conditions may apply for peak seasons or holidays.
     
     

5. Property Rules
   Guests must adhere to the property rules provided at check-in. These rules are designed to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests. Rules include but are not limited to:

   • No smoking inside the apartment.
   • Pets are allowed on request but must not be left unattended.
   • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect other guests and neighbors.
   • All garbage and recycling must be properly disposed of in designated areas.
     
     

6. Liability
   Luxury Apartment PS is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or stay at the property. This includes but is not limited to:

   • Loss or damage to personal property.
   • Personal injury or illness.
   • Acts of nature, such as weather-related incidents.
     
     

7. Amendments
   We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
   
   

8. Governing Law
   These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be resolved in the courts of Croatia.
